If you give us permission to use your image, you agree to the following:
exclusive, free, worldwide license for the use of all photos and moving images, the use of which you give us permission for, hereinafter referred to as “photos and moving images”, for marketing – or advertising purposes. This includes the online shop, emails, citybottles social media channels and paid social media contributions and other customer communication. Citybottles may use, reproduce, distribute, combine, change or edit your photos and moving images at its own discretion.
You hereby warrant that (i) you have all rights to the photos, (ii) you have the permission of the person (s) in your photos to grant the rights granted herein, and (iii) that the use of your pictures through citybottles, is no violation against any third party rights or a laws. You hereby release citybottles from any obligation to pay for the use of your photos and for the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above. Furthermore, you hereby release citybottles and all persons acting on behalf of citybottles from all claims and liabilities in connection with the use of the photos as described above.
To remove photos or moving image content, write us a short email to info@citybottles.de and refer to your image.
